Costs

Bed Rates*

Each student who lives in the Greek Leadership Village will pay the annual bed rate set by University Housing. For current bed rates visit the University Housing site. Students will sign a Housing License Agreement with University Housing for the cost of the bed. This fee will be assessed to a student’s ASU account.

It will be expected that chapters fill all of the beds in the facility.

*Bed rates are subject to a 1% to 3% annual increase.

Facility Use Fee/Common Area Use Fee*

Facilities will be leased to chapters. Chapters will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University for a total of 4 years. At the end of the 4-year term the chapter will have the ability to decide if they want to renew their lease.

Chapters will pay a fee to utilize the facility. The fees for the facilities are as follows:

• 2-19 bed facilities – $16,000
• 2-26 bed facilities – $23,000
• 7-33 bed facilities – $27,000
• 13-39 bed facilities – $30,000
• 3-41 bed facilities – $32,000

*At the end of the MOU term, the fee is subject to an increase of 1% to 3%
